Our cuisine comes complements of chef, Samuel Staz who has 25 years of industry training and experience in the bow valley, much of that time spent at the finer hotels, restaurant's and private clubs in the Banff and Kananaskis areas and working with some of the top Chef's in the world. This unique and colourful experience in the Rockies has given Samuel the opportunity to develop a style all his own. He is able to accommodate any culinary requests. By combining the knowledge of the classics and a passion for the new he will work personally with you to create a menu that will meet or surpass your requests.
